Sharon Swift
Hello I’m Sharon and thanks for taking an interest in me and my team.
I am a self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in everything I do. I have over 25 years’ experience working within HR with a vast knowledge of both HR Strategy and Leadership. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management as well as being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
As the Managing Director at The HR Experts (UK) Ltd I do my utmost every day to help and enable my wonderful team to provide an exceptional HR service for our clients.
In my spare time (there isn’t much of it I have to say!!!!) I love to travel, compete in dance competitions and socialise.
My motto in business is to always under promise and over deliver!!!
Jen Marsden-Lambert
Jen has worked across different industries throughout her 15+ year career in HR. With a strong generalist background, Jen is able to support with a wide range of HR matters including employment disputes, talent management, organisational development and team retention. As well as bringing her knowledge and skills to The HR Experts, Jen provides senior management level support to a number of organisations including being on the Board of two charities. She is CIPD qualified to level 7, having attained a Masters degree in Human Resource Management in 2011.
Faye Wragg
Faye is an HR professional with over six years of experience. With a degree in Events Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Level 5 CIPD qualification, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to supporting employees and managers throughout the full HR lifecycle.
Her expertise includes managing complex employee relations matters, advising on performance and absence management, developing HR frameworks, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Faye is known for her calm, balanced approach and her ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
Outside of work, Faye enjoys cooking and discovering new ways to nourish and care for the body through food and wellness.

Liz Gray
Hi, I’m Liz. I joined The HR Experts in 2008 in the administration department. I love the different areas my job covers; from the accounting side to the HR admin side providing support to all our HR advisors. It’s a great varied position and as they say ‘variety is the spice of life!’ I’m a stickler for perfection and take pride in everything I do. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and children, taking my dog Mabel for walks and anything crafty!
Sally Topham
Hi, I’m Sally. I joined the HR Experts in 2012 and I provide HR Administrative support to the team and our clients. I pride myself on my strong administrative skills, high level of confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills. I am known in the office for my infectious laugh and the party organiser. When you call the HRX Office, please say hello and I will be sure to offer you the best support I can and put you through to the right HR Advisor.
