Sharon Swift
Hello I’m Sharon and thanks for taking an interest in me and my team.
I am a self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in everything I do. I have over 25 years’ experience working within HR with a vast knowledge of both HR Strategy and Leadership. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management as well as being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
As the Managing Director at The HR Experts (UK) Ltd I do my utmost every day to help and enable my wonderful team to provide an exceptional HR service for our clients.
In my spare time (there isn’t much of it I have to say!!!!) I love to travel, compete in dance competitions and socialise.
My motto in business is to always under promise and over deliver!!!

Rebecca Naylor
Hey there, I’m Rebecca. I have worked in a generalist HR role for over 12 years with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Growing up I had a natural inclination to organise; whether that be planning games, or ensuring everything was in place for group success. I pride myself in achieving a high standard, and enjoy working in an environment with people who are as dedicated to succeed as myself. I have vast experience in different sectors and strive to develop personable working relationships with all my Clients to enable me to offer the best support bespoke to them.

Hi, I’m Liz. I joined The HR Experts in 2008 in the administration department. I love the different areas my job covers; from the accounting side to the HR admin side providing support to all our HR advisors. It’s a great varied position and as they say ‘variety is the spice of life!’ I’m a stickler for perfection and take pride in everything I do. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and children, taking my dog Mabel for walks and anything crafty!

Sally Topham
Hi, I’m Sally. I joined the HR Experts in 2012 and I provide HR Administrative support to the team and our clients. I pride myself on my strong administrative skills, high level of confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills. I am known in the office for my infectious laugh and the party organiser.
