- Upload and manage Employee Information
- Upload and communicate Company Policies, Procedures and template documentation
- Manage employee absence and holiday requests with a self-service function allowing the employee to request and monitor their own leave
- Record and manage all Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and appraisals
- Reporting function to be able to analyse any data inputted into the system
- Use the messaging and notes function to improve and audit communication between your teams and management and with designated HR Advisor.
